بوتسوانا أو جمهورية بوتسوانا هي بلد غير ساحلي يقع جنوب الصحراء الكبرى في أفريقيا الجنوبية. كانت محمية بريطانية سابقة تعرف باسم بيتشوانالاند واعتمدت بوتسوانا اسمها الجديد بعد أن تم استقلالها ضمن دول الكومنولث يوم 30 سبتمبر 1966. أجرت انتخابات ديمقراطية حرة ونزيهة منذ الاستقلال.
